Finding Crew
Yacht Crew™ actively manages a large database of quality candidates, providing timely response to request for yacht crew and land based professionals who are available for worldwide assignments.
Yacht Crew™ understands and checks all regulatory and licensing requirements and can arrange relevant training and recurrent courses, assuring you of fully qualified and skilled personnel.
Following a request, Yacht Crew™ can provide all of the following positions:
Deck:
Typical positions listed under the description of ‘deck’ include: Yacht captain jobs, first captain, 2nd officer jobs, deckhand jobs, 2nd mate, diving instructor / dive instructor.
Interior:
Interior yacht jobs often required include: Yacht stewardess jobs, yacht chef / crew chef, chief stewardess, junior stewardess, yacht steward / yacht butler, yacht concierge, crew chief.
Engineering:
With a worldwide need for engineering & maintenance personnel, this field is dedicated solely to providing competent experts. Yacht Crew’s™ extensive database includes: build engineers, cabinet makers, upholstery specialists, marine engine specialists, chief engineer, 2nd engineer and many more personnel for yacht maintenance jobs, marine engineering jobs and yacht building jobs.
Executive Management:
Yacht Crew™ can assist you in provision of suitable CV’s for executive yacht management positions. Although these positions are usually land based; many suitable candidates have the relevant ocean experience and required certifications to perform at sea.

Yacht Crew™ can perform specialist search based on your requirements.
Personal Services:
Examples include a personal chef to accompany you in your villa, yacht and on your travels, to a clothing tailor, au pair or teacher. Simply tell us what you need and we will do the rest.
Security:
Yacht Security – Due to security & safety requirements required mainly on super yachts in waters in particular renowned geographic areas of the world, Yacht Crew™ are able to either contract temporary or provide full-time personnel with industry experience (i.e. special forces: SBS, SIS/MI6, royal marine), trained to protect your assets and crew.

Payroll:
If you need a payroll service for your crew, Yacht Crew™ can assist facilitation of these services for you; either as part of a crew provisioning from us, or as a stand alone service.
(Note: You don’t need to have procured your staff from us to make use of this service)
Our payroll service is based offshore in Bermuda.
Crew Insurance:
Yacht Crew™ can provide crew with insurance cover, meaning that they are personally covered in case of incident or medical circumstance whilst under contract/employment with you.
Crew career management & training:
This service is available for either individual crew registered with is, or by request from the yacht owner, operator or yacht management company.
If you like your particular staff working for you and wish to retain them for continuous employment and/or seasons then you may be considering ongoing training for them. Yacht Crew™ can assist you in provision of specialist training services applicable to your needs.
We encourage all registered staff to invest in themselves, we regularly send out emails marketing such relevant training.
