How does it work?
Following receiving your request, Yacht Crew™ will conduct a search to provide you with a profile of who we believe to be the ideal candidate for your requirement.

On placement (following selection & approval by you) a fee is charged which is a proportion of the candidates salary which is identified prior to placement.  To start the process, click on the ‘employers’ box located on the Yacht Crew homepage and complete the on-line form with your request details or alternatively following this link: Request to Find Personnel

What if I am not happy with my new hire?
Yacht Crew™ provides a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If you new hire fails to meet expectation, Yacht Crew™ will conduct a new search to provide you with a replacement employee. See Terms of Use for further details.

Do Yacht Crew™ provide company accounts?
Yes. Yacht Crew™ provides accounts to yacht owners, yacht management companies and industry organisations based on a minimum annual hire of 10 personnel.

Accounts provide reduced rates and are based on annual agreement. Yacht Crew™ accounts are not available in conjunction with our affiliate programme; however note: the account rate provided is better than the affiliate programme payout percentage.

What payment options do you provide?
Our preferred method of payment following invoice is by bank transfer – details are included at the footer of the invoice.

Please let us know if you would like to pay via Debit or Credit Card, AMEX or using PayPal; we will send you detail of how to make payment using any of these methods.

Can you help me with payroll services?

How do I find work using Yacht Crew™ ?
Firstly we strongly recommend you register with us by submitting your C.V. plus answering the questions in the sign-up form which will help us determine the type(s) of position that you are searching for / have experience in.

If I am successfully employed, do you have any travel or financial admin advice?
Yes. We advise you to read the Yacht Crew Professionals page for some pointers to think about.

Glossary:

Crewing is the term given to the provision of peopel to operate the yacht

Deckhand is the given industry term for a sailor, of varying qualifications, that works on the deck of a vessel (yacht) and includes roles such as: Captain, Chief Mate or Qualified Yacht master

Superyacht also written ‘Super Yacht’ is a yacht that is 24m or longer in length

Megayacht also written ‘Mega Yacht’ is a yacht that is classified circa 65m in length or longer

Gigayacht also written ‘Giga Yacht’ is a yacht that is classified 100m or longer in length
