Experienced Candidates:
By submitting your C.V. to us we will be able to match clients needs specifically to the skills
and pre-requisites requested by our clients. By keeping your C.V. on file with us greatly increases your chances of receiving direct contact from us should we see that your CV meets the requirements of our clients request.

We ask you to be as accurate as possible with your CV, we do perform crew vetting prior to selection for a required position.

So perhaps we will see you on a boat somewhere of the South of France sometime!

New Entrants:
Just because you are a new entrant doesn’t mean that you are disadvantaged in your chances of finding employment on a yacht.

We advise that you read the Yacht Training page, additionally we advise you to include information about your character, your hobbies and interests, things you like to do so that we and clients can gain an insight into who you are.

Don’t forget that many yacht owners do this for enjoyment, so they want like-minded fun people around them too, who are also professional at the job the are employed to do.

We also advise you keep abreast of  the latest yacht jobs and yachting media.

Training:
If you are new we highly recommend you undertake STCW 95 course certification training. Without this you will not be considered for jobs at sea.

We advise that you should get as much relevant training and experience ‘under your belt’ as possible to give you maximum advantage. Someone who keeps training refreshed is seen as active and keen, and this bodes well for your prospects of finding work.
