By focusing our attention on providing professional yacht crew & highly skilled land based professionals, enables us to provide a high quality, professional service within the yachting industry which we continue to refine. To this point we continue to speak with yacht owners, captains, management companies to whom we supply personnel to, and to the crew themselves for feedback to aid us with continuous improvement of our services.

Our aim is always to be number one in our field. Number one to us doesn’t mean providing the most yacht crew in one year, or achieving the highest turnover. Moreover number one means customer satisfaction and nothing satisfies that more than repeat customers, customers who we build trust and credibility with, and who become brand advocates of the high quality service and attention we provide to them.

As yachting aficionados we take an active role in the world of yachting. We regularly attend yachting / super yacht shows to talk to industry suppliers, manufacturers and yacht management companies, as well as keeping in touch with yacht industry media.
